Greetings. We are La Perla Bookstore, a used bookstore located in the delightful neighbourhood known as Chapultepec. This is a unique part of Guadalajara with a vibrant ambiance, lots of bookstores, restaurants, coffee shops, it is a fun unique part of this city.

Our bookstore has been in business for five years now and it is becoming a much appreciated part of the literary scene. We have approximately 15,000 books in our shelves and another 6,000 books in our catalogues. We are what is known as a general used bookstore. That means we have books about many different subjects.

Currently our books are organized (semi) into over 70 different categories. Some of the most popular categories are literature, poetry, science and philosophy. We know what it's like to go into a bookstore and want many books but not have the financial strength to purchase them. Because of this, we keep our prices very reasonable.

La Perla is also a record store, the bookstore and recordstore share the same space with different owners. It is a cool fun place. Come check it out
